I lead an engineering team at Grow Therapy, a Sequoia-backed mental healthcare marketplace where I joined as employee #7 and have scaled with the company from seed stage through Series D at a $3B valuation. I care about turning complex, messy business problems into systems that work — and building teams that can do the same.

I joined Grow Therapy as one of the first engineers and helped shape the technical foundations, engineering culture, and product architecture from the ground up. Over four years I've progressed from founding engineer to engineering manager, owning revenue-critical systems and growth initiatives along the way — including integrations that drove 30–40% of net revenue and infrastructure that powers the company's insurance billing and partner operations at scale. Before Grow, I worked at Flashpoint building intelligence enrichment systems across the deep and dark web, and at USAA on internal platforms.
